
Very poor service ...no body to respond on customer complaints
Very poor communication , my XUV 500 w11 model first power window motor failed anyhow naik motors verna replaced and then rear left door latch failed and latch not available in the stores, today morning I called their numbers for vehicle service which is due for service the numbers mention on their website no one is answering except the service manager answered the phone and then service department given a date from today onwards on 21st December 2022 this had never happen before we are totally upset with naik motors Verna service centre.
Today I visited Naik motors service station Verna Goa for my XUV 500 W11 option model , both service managers including commercial service manager were very co-operative and supportive the service of my vehicle is done to my satisfaction, even service advisors for commercial vehicles were supportive we need always this type of service from Naik motors Verna Goa. Even the service supervisor Mr. Vishnu was very cooperative and supporting from shop floor.
Requesting in future please continue this service from management side and from shop floor.

Actually I want to give a zero stars but there is no option. Very bad after the sale service specially if you are claiming insurance. The team on the ground have zero knowledge and not guiding the customers in right direction causing too much inconveyance and delay in services.

I went to the showroom 5 or 6 times just to get my Thar reverse sensors. Every time, they said it would take 2 to 6 days, but it's now been 2 months, and I still don't have the sensors. I've only had the car for 7 months, and waiting so long for just the sensors makes me worried about how long I might wait for more significant issues. The service is really bad, and I'm not sure if it's Naik Motors or Mahindra's fault, but I don't recommend buying Mahindra cars. The cars are good, but the service is very poor.

Appreciation Message : For Ratish the workshop Manager and Goutam who handled my XUV700. We had driven down from Delhi approx 2000kms and I wanted some help on the drivers side window as it was jammed. They were chock a block with appointments (Jan 2,2024) but he said ‘Sir pls get let’s see the car at least’. When we went there it took us 5 mins (maybe less), Ratish himself looked at the car and lo n behold it worked. He was kind enough considering he was the senior most resource on site and could’ve delegated but didn’t. Good leader and great team - Goutam attended to us promptly and the car was turned around in a couple of hours with complete wash and cleaning. Really good experience and team. Best. Jai

I had taken my trio rickshaw for repair at the Naik outlet at Verna Goa as the fork of if was damaged and it was not repired during company's earlier visit inspite of keeping the vehicle with them for more than a month. Recently when l visited again they kept the vehicle for 4 days and then asked me to take the vehicle back without repair. Once I came home I realised that they have changed my charger the charger supplied was not working. Immediately informing they are sending a new charger. Next day in the evening they send an old charger as a new charger which was again not working. Luckily company's personnel who had brought it agreed that it is a used charger and was not working. So he took it back. Next day we called them again to return our original charger. But they have still not returned it nor they are picking the phone also. I am poor orphaned and I was given the pink auto by Rotary. However now I don't know what to do as they have robbed my charger and sold it some one else. They are asking me now to buy a new charger costing about Rs. 26,000/- I do nothave money to buy this. I request you all please advise me what I should do? Please, please.

Just got deliveryof xev 9e on 30th..was pleasantly surprised..everything was on time and delivery was absolutely a joy...they have a special dedicated team only for EV..guys are well informed and knows almost everything...very happy with the dealership...even the car is excellent...loving it

When we went there it took us 5 mins (maybe less), Ratish himself looked at the car and lo n behold it worked. He was kind enough considering he was the senior most resource on site and could’ve delegated but didn’t. Just got deliveryof xev 9e on 30th..was pleasantly surprised..everything was on time and delivery was absolutely a joy...they have a special dedicated team only for EV..guys are well informed and knows almost everything...very happy with the dealership...even the car is excellent...loving it
